Pricing includes removal and disposal of old tank, along with the install of the new tank. Some special applications may cause a price increase if excessive modification is needed for the install of the tank.

Repair

Replacement

In some cases, we may find that your existing water heater is beyond repair. In these instances, C. When we replace or upgrade your water heater, we’ll remove your old unit and make sure it’s recycled properly.

We stock Bradford White hot water tanks in multiple styles. Generally we stock 40 gallon and 50 gallon tanks. There are two tank heights, a tall or regular height and a short height tank. Both have the same water capacity, they are just sized different for venting and space purposes. Your cheapest option would be to go with one of these tanks. They are a reliable and user friendly tank that will get the job done. This model must be vented out a chimney. Can be installed using natural gas, propane or electric.

Power Vent

We also stock Bradford White in the power vent style. These tanks also generally have a 40 gallon or 50 gallon tank and also come in the tall or regular height and the short height. This is your middle of the road option as far as price goes. These are also a reliable and user friendly tank. The difference is these use a blower fan and pvc piping to vent out of your house instead of using gravity and steel chimney pipe. Can be installed using natural gas, propane or electric.

Tankless

Navien is the brand of tankless hot water heat that we use. This is the newest technology out there. Not only is it far more efficient then any hot water heater that has a tank it also uses up the least amount of space, getting hung directly on to the wall. It is vented out the wall using pvc pipe. Generally it is said that these tanks have a life capacity of 3 to 5 times that of a tank water heater due to the high quality parts and the fact there is no sitting water in the machine to rust parts. This is your priciest option for a new hot water tank but has become very affordable to the average person in the past few years. These are very reliable and user friendly, equipped with a thermostat to control the heat of the water to the exact degree you want and multiple function modes for different amounts of water being used. These tanks use roughly $160 less energy per year then tank water heaters. Can be installed using natural gas, propane or electric.
